The Insurance Partnership Classic Pro-AM 2008

We are delighted to announce that we are hosting our first annual Pro-AM on Tuesday 12th August 2008. Our headline sponsors The Insurance Partnership have kindly put up a colossal 1st Prize for professionals of £2000, one of the biggest in the region of Yorkshire!

Other prizes will be available for both amateurs and professionals totalling around £4000. There will also be prizes for nearest to pins on par 3s, and the possibility of winning a car worth an £10,000 if anyone manages a hole in one! It will cost £180 to enter a team, and each team must consist of 3 amateurs and 1 professional. If you would like to enter a team you can choose your own PGA pro or we can source one for your team. Please ask in the clubhouse for details or email us.

About Us...

Burstwick Country Golf is a new, upcoming golf club in the East Riding of Yorkshire - set in 115 acres of contoured, tranquil countryside. The club was established in August of 2004, and has a bright future ahead with much prosperity.

The idea was to create a challenging course with winding fairways and demanding doglegs with well guarded greens. With the experience of Jonathan Gaunt as the architect, we knew the outcome would be jaw-dropping.

The club has now been open over 2 years, and is maturing every step of the way, with trees growing and fairways tightening, and now over 300 members, the future looks promising.

A Family Business

The club was created by Mr David Key and his family, who have high aspirations for the club, and now with Phase 2 now complete, there are no regrets from what promises to be an exciting next few years.
